You will need acrylic paint. I use instructional grade acrylics… Different tones of each color are suggested… But the base colors are as follows… colors, red, blue, green and yellow… You will need some black and white…

You can paint this on most anything you like… I used a 16×20 stretched canvas. This can also be painted on canvas board, a piece of board, or any size you like.

The majority of this painting should be done with an instructional grade or very thin acrylic… Later on when you’re adding the highlights and the details, you can use the better tube paint. Heavier quality that covers easier.
